We provide our clients with HR and Compliance (FMLA, COBRA, Flexible Spending, Health Reimbursement Accounts, Health Savings Accounts) solutions at minimal cost to them.

Experienced Service Team

Our customers benefit from the dedicated and experienced team that staffs our office. We assign licensed and experienced people to handle your insurance and planning needs and questions. All of our technical service personnel are licensed agents, and qualified to provide solutions for you. We handle administrative issues, answer any questions regarding services, and provide pro-active communication to our customer and their employees. We provide assistance Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM via telephone and e-mail, as well as through regular newsletters and mailings. Each client will have a service leader and two others on the team.

All of these services are all available, at no cost, with the Client Login area to all of our clients in 2006. Enrollment handouts are also provided at Open Enrollment.

We host an annual seminar for our clients to discuss legal issues, new products, industry trends, and other pertinent topics.
